Bonvue Square Countertop Wet and Dry Bain Marie BM11SC
Introducing the Bonvue Square Countertop Wet and Dry Bain Marie BM11SC. This versatile bain marie fits three 1/1GN pans or a double row of ½ GN pans (pans not included). It operates as both a dry and wet bain marie with a temperature range of +35 to +85 degrees Celsius. The machine features a pan divider, accommodates pans up to 100mm deep, and includes a warm white light with a stainless steel light cover for enhanced food presentation.
Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a tubular frame, the BM11SC includes an Italian heating element, safety lock ball valve drain, analogue temperature control, and temperature reach indication light.
