The BM14SC operates as both a dry and wet bain marie with a temperature range of +35 to +85 degrees Celsius. It features a pan divider and accommodates pans up to 100mm deep. The warm white light with a stainless steel light cover enhances food presentation, ensuring your dishes look as good as they taste.

Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a tubular frame, this bain marie is durable and reliable. It includes an Italian heating element, safety lock ball valve drain, and analogue temperature control and display. The BM14SC is streamlined for easy cleaning and includes overhead heating lamps, a rear tempered 5mm glass sliding door, and an 8mm tempered glass cover.
