  Our Delivery Timings

Our standard delivery timings are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays.

Our estimated delivery timings will be as mentioned below:

  • 2-3 business days for metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
  • 3-5 business days for Adelaide, Gold Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle
  • 5-10 business days for Perth
  • 7-10 business days for all other regions

We use third-party couriers for our delivery services. The above timings are approximations and subject to product & courier availability.  

  Pick-up Options

  • Pick-up options are available through our supplier warehouses in different states.
  • You can inquire about the pick-up details on the phone or via live chat.
  • Our Dandenong South showroom only carries a small quantity of stock for pick-up. If this is your preferred location, you will need to order most of the items for your collection from Dandenong South (VIC).
    Also, we have multiple pickup locations across Australia:
