Our wet heat bain-marie is designed to hold gastronorm pans up to 150mm in depth. You can choose a full size 1/1 GN pan or any combination of 2 x ½ pans, or 3 x 1/3 pans. *Gastronorm pans sold separately

This is ideal for keeping your food warm, like sauces, gravy, curry, stew, baked beans, hollandaise sauce, custards ,etc. Basically any liquid-based food. It is good for any buffets, caterers, and foodservice providers.

It is so easy to operate. Simply fill up the water pan to the marked level, set your temperature, and just switch it on. Contact heating is the most efficient way of heat transfer, the wet heat technology keeps your food warm in an efficient manner without burning it. The built-in tap makes it easy to drain the water from the water pan after your service. Comes with 1-year return to base warranty for your peace of mind.
